The World Affairs Council of Central Florida will welcome a group of Russian University Administrators looking at Community College Administration in the US. During their Central Florida visit they will tour our community colleges and discuss best practices, faculty development, and distance learning.  The visitors will be meeting with the heads of Valencia Community College and Seminole State College respectively.
